Zelto allows full refund to every customer during the refund period applicable to their subscription.
- For annual subscription, refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date.
- For monthly subscription, refund request must be made within seven (7) days of purchase date.
Note that our support team will ask you for detailed information around why our product didn't help you or your authoring needs. They will try their best to resolve the issue. Only if the product is found faulty, refund will be initiated.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be marked as invalid and your existing courses and data will be lost.
